Start on your hands and knees, back straight. Notice that in the next few exercises the center of gravity moves up, making them much more difficult to execute.

Proceed to raise your knees up slowly by straightening your legs until they are aligned with your trunk. Keep the abs and butt contracted, and hold this position for 15-30 seconds.
